The Toledo Ski Club is a Club for all seasons. TSC was formed in 1947 and has been dedicated to enhancing the skiing & snowboarding experience for its members. The Toledo Ski Club is one of a very few clubs in the country that owns it's own Lodge. The Lodge at Walloon Lake near Boyne is owned by the members of the club. Club members may make reservations to take friends and relatives to the Lodge for a minimal charge. Weekend trips and week-long trips are also organized for Club members
There are many other activities that are offered in the off season. Volleyball, canoeing, biking, whitewater rafting, wind surfing, hiking, tennis and golf are just a few of the sports activities made available to TSC members. Cocktail Parties & Banquets, Rib-Off, Halloween Party, Put-in-Bay outing, Chili Cook Off and OSU vs Michigan Parties are just a few of the social activities. It is not unusual for members to meet at local watering holes and festivals for drinks, food and partying.

For those of you that want to fine tune your fitness program as you grow "more experienced" in life, Here is an interesting article that can give you some waypoints to navigate how much exercise will be too much, or too little to accomplish your goals. It is from Seniors Skiing, which has been a great resource for ski club members "of a certain age" for several years.
Now get off your butt and MOVE!
